concave-convex diamond segment appearance features an A-shaped protrusion on the outside and a V-shaped depression on the inside. This design provides good sharpness and self sharpening when cutting ultra hard stones such as granite, improving product performance from a physical structure perspective.

A: Sorry no. We don't offer free samples. According to our many years' experience, we think when people get the samples by paying they will cherish what they get. Also though the quantity of sample is small however its cost is higher than normal production.

But for trial order, we can offer 5-10% discount.

Q: Do you offer FREE Samples if I want to buy your products?

A: We never offer free samples, this is high value products so very very less diamond tools company would like to offer free samples, if you want to try the products please buy.

Q: Can you provide me the samples?

A: We produce samples same as we do for bulk production , and charge fee same as bulk.No extra.

Q: We are selling big quantity of saw blade in our country with our brand name only. Can we laser our lago on the blade?

A：We would prefer you to put our logo on the blades as BINGOTOOLS is also famous in the field of diamond tools. But if you insist to put your own logo on the blades. We will also do it for you but need to charge some money. May be 1% of the polishing pad cost.

Q: Can you make neutral packing or my own logo?

A:  yes, all available.
