1. Mixing Process

1.1 Powder Testing

2. Blank Making Process

2.1 Cold pressed blank production process

   Press the mixed powder into strips or blocks at room temperature.

2.2 Mold installation

   The cold-pressed diamond tip blank is loaded into the mold.

(During this process, our company will effectively supervise and inspect the graphite molds, and strictly regulate the number of times and usage standards of the graphite molds)

 

3. Hot Press Process

3.1 Hot press sintering

The installed Diamond Segment blank and mold are sintered at high temperature and high pressure in a fully automatic hot press.

3.2 Mold removal process

Separate the Diamond Segment and graphite mold from the fired mold

 

4. Finished product handling

4.1 Sand blasting of the diamond segment

      The finished Diamond Segments needs to be sandblasted to remove the burrs on the Diamond Segment, which will make it beautiful and easy to weld.

4.2 Finished product testing

      The appearance, size and Mohs hardness test of the Diamond Segment.

4.3 Diamond Segment packaging
